Use the form below to register for 2025 sand leagues.
• All 6×6 leagues are $300 per team (Fall league is $270 per team)
• All 4×4 leagues are $200 per team (Fall league is $180 per team)
A $100 deposit is required per team, ($90 deposit for Fall league teams)
Our coed league rules do not allow for more than 3 guys playing at one time
Open leagues imply there is no required ratio of male/female, so no coed rule, ex. teams can be all male or any combination of male/female
***If the league you are requesting is full, it will not be available to select when registering.
Please register a separate team for each league you are signing up for. If you are playing both 6:30 & 7:40 leagues any night Tuesday – Friday and want to play the 8:50 league at no additional cost, please email info@centerlinevolleyball to confirm you want to be added to the last league as well.
